You can cancel your booking by logging into your account, going to "My Bookings", and clicking on the "Cancel" button next to your reservation. Cancellation charges may apply based on the hotel's policy and your booking type. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment method. Credit card refunds usually take 7-10 days, while UPI/wallet refunds are often faster (3-5 days).

To modify your booking, visit "My Bookings" section, select the booking you want to modify, and click on "Modify". You can change dates, room type, or guest details based on availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications.

After successful booking, your voucher is automatically sent to your registered email. You can also download it from "My Bookings" section. Present this voucher at the hotel check-in.
